Answer telephones at a high volume; respond to inquiries; resolve issues
Enters data into the computer.
Protect patient privacy by adhering to the HIPAA confidentiality guidelines
We require:
At least 1 year experience as a call center operator preferably in the medical field.
Excellent computer and customer service skills.
High school diploma required.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Strong customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Salary up to $21 an hour based on experience.
