We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to fill our growing positions and expanding hours!
Barista:
- Craft delicious coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a smile.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings and weekends.
- Assist customers in selecting their perfect brew from our diverse menu.
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks.
- Share your knowledge and passion for coffee with customers and coworkers.
- Keep up-to-date with coffee trends and product knowledge.
Bagel Boss:
- Make delicious Bagel offerings for our customers.
- Assist with the many different types of bagel/ cream cheese varieties to help customers order the right food.
- Craft mouthwatering bagel breakfast sandwiches and deli style sandwiches.
Shift Supervisor:
- Lead by example, ensuring all team members uphold Brew Haven's standards of excellence.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to baristas, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements for all positions:
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or similar customer service environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
