Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will have experience with shipping and receiving processes, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of items and quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing items, and scheduling pickups with carriers.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with other team members to ensure that necessary supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with carriers to resolve any shipping issues or delays.
• Ensure that all shipments are packed and labeled according to company and carrier standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
