Warehouse Stocker and Delivery Driver

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Warehouse Stocker and Delivery Driver is responsible for properly storing product in the warehouse, loading trucks, and making deliveries to warehouses in the distribution area.

This position reports to the Assistant Warehouse Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Warehouse work
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Checking in freight.
• Perform inventory control.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to area warehouses in a safe, timely manner.
• Promote positive relations with team members, customers, vendors, and distributors.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Demonstrate superior time management skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
