Job Description:
We're searching for a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach to empower youth athletes in various sports, focusing on enhancing their strength, speed, and agility. Responsibilities include creating customized training programs, conducting sessions, tracking progress, and educating athletes on injury prevention and nutrition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) preferred.
• Previous experience coaching youth athletes.
• Proficient in biomechanics, exercise physiology, and sports performance training principles.
• Strong communication and motivation skills.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
