The Health Information Management (HIM) Manager, under limited supervision, has responsibility for region-wide medical (legal health) records and provides medical records consultation to unit staff throughout the seventeen county service areas. In collaboration with corporate office administration performs highly responsible duties in developing, administering and coordinating medical record programs and activities for the entire organization. Analyze administrative, fiscal and human factors involved in medical record program efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure departmental goals and objectives are met and assist in the day-to-day departmental operations in an office setting. The HIM Manager is a positive team player that promotes a culture of inclusion and participation.
