Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for various tasks related to door and window service. The ideal candidate should have experience with hand tools, and power tools, and possess the ability to adjust windows and doors. This is a physically demanding role that may require heavy lifting.

Responsibilities:
- Replace broken balance tubes
- Replace broken or damaged sashes
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Understanding of door and window installation
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience in window and door service.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Capable of heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments
