Position: Associate Dentist- New View Dental

Location: 27072C Carronade Dr

Schedule: Part-Time: Wednesdays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: 33% of Collections

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of clinical procedures in areas such as preventative, restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and ethics.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Stay current with the latest developments in dentistry through continuing education.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new protocols and services.

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license (or eligible to obtain one before employment).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to quality patient care and excellent customer service.

Compensation:

• Earnings based on 33% of collections.

Schedule:

We are specifically looking to add Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to our schedule, with flexibility to discuss additional days and hours.
