We are a treatment facility that provides quality mental health and substance use treatment services. About Our Community Outreach and Networking Liaison

The Community Outreach and Networking Liaison is responsible for supporting the office and delivering the best service possible to our clients. This person shapes the client experience as they are the first person a client interacts with and monitors their case while with us. To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about excellent customer service, have strong attention to detail, strong organization skills, love social networking and speaking, connect with people and build rapport, and be a multi-tasker.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a talented and excited person who loves to organize events and has previous experience
• Knowledge of the mental health industry and experience in working in the mental health industry and community outreach or organization of networking and professional events
• Strong rapport and relationship-building skills and talent.
• Service Orientation - Actively looking for ways to help people; pleasant, congenial, well-mannered, professional
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer Skills – Must be proficient in using common programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs, and Gmail, Basic graphic design, and be able to operate basic office machines
• Attention to Detail - Must be detail-oriented; able to follow processes and routines
• Time Management – The ability to effectively manage one's own time
• Social Perceptiveness - Awareness of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do
• Problem Sensitivity - The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
• Decision Making - Ability to make routine decisions and determine proper action based on experience within the limits of policy and procedures
• Analytical Thinking – Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Troubleshooting - Determine causes of operating errors and deciding what to do

• Lifting – Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. at a time
• Stationary - Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time
• Flexibility and Dexterity - The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.
• Ability to travel and attend local networking and community events

Experience & Education

• Minimum of AMFT, ACSW, PsyD student/associate license
• Community outreach, organization of events skills or experience
• Marketing experience is a plus
• Psychiatric/Mental Health industry experience

Work Environment

• Can work from home but be able to travel and attend community and networking events or community professional providers’ offices, clinics, businesses, hospitals, etc as required by the job.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
