What we're looking for: 

We're in search of dynamic individual to be our main point of contact and coordinator for other departments and stakeholders in our Japan market. We need a self-starter who is passionate about organization to manage all aspects of each project and ensure they are completed to meet our corporate and market-specific demands.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage processes and procedures for Japan market
• Assist in coordinating and liaising between departments in US and Japan market
• Ensure communication flow between Japan market and US market
• Provide necessary support to Japan market
• Attend necessary trainings and meetings
• Work on projects as needed
• Respond to emails in a timely manner
• Assist in opening Japan market

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years Direct Sales Industry experience required 
• Utah based 
• Self-starter
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Japanese and English (both written/email and oral) required
• Ability to communicate professionally (written and oral) required
• Additional languages a plus
