Location:

Primarily based out of NEW Title's Appleton location at 1050 N. Lynndale Drive. Periodic travel will be required to complete closings off-site in the surrounding Fox Valley area, including but not limited to Appleton, Neenah, Oshkosh, New London, Wautoma, and other surrounding markets as needed.

General Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Schedule will periodically fall outside these hours based on volume, closing schedule, etc.

Job Duties:

Perform seller and buyer closings transactions associated with purchase and refinance real estate transactions.

Preparation of documents for the seller side and buyer side signing of the transaction.

Coordinate with lender to prepare closing disclosures, confirming funding amounts, and disbursing funds post closing.

Must work as a team with staff, not only in the Appleton market, but also across the company.

Must have a positive attitude, great customer service in person, on the phone, and in written correspondence.

Must have a knack for technology.

Required Work Experience:

Previous experience in the title industry, or related field, is highly preferred, but not required.

Required Education:

High School diploma required

College degree in a related field (not required, but preferred)

Wisconsin Title License (not required, but preferred)
