Overview:
Join our team, at The Master' Academy, as a Preschool Teacher and make a difference in the lives of young learners. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for early childhood education to nurture and educate preschool-aged children.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Conduct activities that promote physical, mental, and social development
- Monitor and assess student progress to provide feedback to parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior
Experience:
- Classroom management skills to create an organized and engaging learning environment
- Special education background or experience working with students with diverse learning needs
- Tutoring experience to provide individualized support to students
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Proficiency in math concepts suitable for preschoolers' learning levels
- Experience working with young children in daycare or toddler care settings
- Knowledge of curriculum development principles to design engaging lesson plans
