· Develop CPFR (collaborative planning) relationships with key customers to align on events/promotions and demand plans to achieve customer service objectives.

· Use actual shipment/order trends to validate the demand plan.

· Present the demand plan and key assumptions at the demand review and in other parts of the Integrated Business Planning process.

· Create a “one-team” environment with procurement, production and supply planning to improve service and inventory metrics.

· Be available to help with planning production on some lines where a demand-supply planning hybrid role is requested.

Qualifications

· 2-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or related function. Less experience will be considered if the candidate shows high potential and transferable skills.
