We are seeking a Director of Food & beverage for a position located in Barnstable County, MA
The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the professional and efficient management of the food and beverage operations, including the oversight of the execution of private functions. This position is required to assume hours of the operation and special events so that he/she will work in conjunction with F&B managers. The Director of Food & Beverage ensures the highest quality dining and event experience through excellent and consistent service and through successful coordination with the Executive Chef. The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the planning and implementation of department related budgets and cost controls, hiring, training, development, scheduling and supervision of staff.
