Your opportunity
We are looking for an outstanding Lead Recruiter with deep experience in Recruiting, TA processes and mentoring. New Relic is a fast-growing and fun public data intelligence company, and we are searching for someone who will bring a combination of recruiting and sourcing skills, along with strategic partnerships, innovation and collaboration abilities to help support our BOLD growth.
A successful Lead Recruiter will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. They will build high-trust partnerships with teams and business leaders across the organization and have a passion for finding exceptional talent. They also put a very high value on the quality of experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
What you'll do
  • Partner directly with high-level Business leaders in North America to advise on hiring strategies for their functional areas, and bring insights, data and innovation.
  • Cultivate creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent across a broad range of roles in (Engineering, Sales, Finance, Accounting, HR) including Leadership positions. Continue to engage and foster relationships with your talent community
  • Mentor to Recruiting team, and act as a resource and example of excellence in recruiting, broaden your impact by sharing in standard methodologies and seeking out innovative and trending talent acquisition topics and technology
  • Drive continuous adoption and adaptation of Hiring for Success within the business to ensure great experience internally and externally, including trainings and advising business and hiring leaders
  • Lead and participate in developing projects, programs, and tools to solve business challenges
  • Foster a data-driven recruiting approach, using analytics that provides insight and decision support.
  • Act as a New Relic ambassador through networking, conferences and social media to drive brand awareness
  • Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of top talent, companies, competitive industries and trends and act as trusted advisor to the business on this matter
This role requires
  • 8 plus years demonstrated ability as a full-lifecycle recruiter with expert-level skills in either Engineering, Sales or Finance Talent Sourcing, with 2 plus years in a corporate environment within the technology industry
  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering recruiting and sourcing strategies and enthusiastically building a pipeline of diverse talent
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects and client relationships. With a focus on quality of experience and hire vs high volume.
  • Demonstrated ability to function as a collaborative partner across the broader People Operations organization.
  • Successful development and deployment of projects, programs or tools that support the Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Dedication to crafting a stellar candidate experience for every candidate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
