We are expanding rapidly and are now looking for an email marketing manager to join our team to develop and implement effective direct response marketing strategies for our brands.

The role will be responsible for building marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital and direct response marketing, segment databases working with large data sets and the drive for making a positive impact on people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement direct response strategies across brands to enhance marketing and sales funnels.
• Develop and evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, conversion and retention.
• Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
• Partner with marketing, affiliate, PR, Social media and creative teams, to deliver targets.
• Grow, manage and monetize email lists to maximize sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in digital direct response marketing
• A Bachelor degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or Business.
• Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results·
• Relevant PR and social media experience, ideally with exposure in real estate-related industries.
• Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
• Strong project management skills
• Familiar with following tons or similar :
  • Marketo
  • Hubspot
  • Salesforce
