New Merveille LLC is Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Near Phoenix, AZ
For each admission, NEW MERVEILLE, LLC arranges for the Psychiatric Registered Nurse to provide a psychiatric evaluation and follow up as required:
The Evaluation is dated, signed, and entered electronically into the EMR by the Psychiatric
Registered Nurse with recommendations for client care.
The Evaluation utilizes the DSM-IV Multi-Axial System, chief complaint, and histories and
medication orders.
Follow-up is conducted as needed.
The patient’s psychiatric needs will be made part of treatment planning as part of the
Integrative Medicine approach to addiction wellness.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 13 per week
