Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning communication.
Qualifications:
- 15 Early Childhood Education including infant units.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a structured learning environment.
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations for diverse learners.
- Current certification in first aid and CPR.
- Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors through positive behavior management techniques.
- Passion for educating young children and fostering their love for learning.
