EssentialJobDuties :
- Coordinateand initiate outreach and engagement activities in the communitieswhere seniors live to ensure consistent achievement of monthlyreferral home visit and enrollmentgoals
- Establishand maintain bestinclass relationships with community leaders andpartners including physicians hospital discharge planners postacutefacilities and other potential referral sources within the servicearea
- Developand implement monthly marketing plan to achieve monthly enrollmentgoals with MOEDirector
- Provideeducation regarding our health services to referral sources in thecommunity
- Demonstrateindepth knowledge of all relevant components of MOEplaybook
JobRequirements :
- Bachelor’sdegree in marketing or health care administrationpreferred
- DHCStraining and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days ofhire
- Validstate driver’s license with a clean DMVrecord
- Minimumof two (2) years of experience in a successful sales and marketingrole with at least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior caresetting (within service area preferred;
outside sales experiencepreferred)
- Bilingual : SpanishRequired
