Job Summary
The Lead Respiratory Therapy will assist the management team at the Matawan Ventilator Unit. This position’s responsibilities includes, but not limited to, the following primary duties:

Physical and Emotional Demands: Good physical and emotional health, management skills, and communication skills.
Exposure Risks: Normal work routine could involve exposure to blood and body fluids. Responsible for following OSHA guideline standard and the use of universal precautions.
Working Conditions: Hours indicated by the residents and community's needs. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. On call 24 hours a day for emergencies, in cooperation with other management staff.
