You’ll have hands-on experience with your team and the support of our human resources team through this 10-week program. Growing both professionally and personally throughout the program could lead to future post-grad opportunities.• Field second level technical Help Desk requests in a timely manner; communicates regularly with the users of the status of the request• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repairs computer systems; install, repair, or replace components in laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals• Assist in maintaining the telephony network• Assist in maintaining all mobile devices including but not limited to iPhones, Androids, and radios• Work with third party vendors when needed to assist with repairs to our systems• Assist with end user training• Update the Help Desk ServiceNow system with the resolution to problems found• Update and advise supervisor of activities• Assist Help Desk with calls and trackingWhat we are looking for:We’re looking for self-starters who are motivated to learn, grow and take on new challenges.
