Overview:
We are seeking a Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance around the home, boat, & car. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Install, repair, and maintain various equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Requirements:
- Valid residency
