We are currently recruiting for group home Assistant Managers in Manahawkin & Toms River, NJ. The group home Assistant Manager is responsible for training and supervising staff and assisting in assessments and medical appointments. The qualified candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, have a responsible attitude, and be reliable. The ability to assist with client care and transportation is required. The qualified candidate will share on-call responsibilities with the group home Manager and provide effective leadership and direction to staff in the absence of the manager.

Job Requirements:

• An Associate's degree preferred
• A valid driver's license in good standing and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance
• Experience working as a supervisor preferred
• Experience with individuals with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities

Manahawkin Work schedule: Tue - Fri 2pm -10pm And Sat 9am - 5pm

Toms River Work schedule: Tue - Wed 3pm-11pm, Fri 1pm-9pm and Sat 8:30am-4:30pm
