**Job Summary:**Lead the relationship with Company's growth customers from annual planning to joint business planning / top-to-tops to issue resolution. Develop critical Sales Strategy capabilities, including channel strategy, category management, and shopper marketing. Manage key selling support functions such as sales finance and sales planning. Owns the delivery of the annual target for the US ($1.6B)**Working Team:** Work closely with the Head of Sales as well as key cross-functional leaders, including Category GMs and Head of Operations Lead a team of customer leads as well as matrix management with Sales Strategy and Sales Support functional leaders**Job Responsibilities:** Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of effective sales strategies, programs, and policies Set account and regional targets for sales and profitability growth Monitor and report on critical KPIs, including oversight of category and trade analytics Adjust budgets based on actual performance in region Collaborate with cat man and other functions to deliver on brand targets Build advantaged relationships withcustomers and participate in discussions as needed Oversee broker operations and decisions regarding service models for customers Approve contracts, pricing for in-region accounts as needed Recommend resource allocation to key accounts, in conjunction with the marketing organization Coordinate marketing programs and share sales issues with market sectors Responsible for recruiting and developing directors and sales organization overall Coordinate development of sales support tools for regions and key accounts Build relationships and partner with key cross-functional peers (marketing, finance, supply chain, etc.) Manage incentives for direct reports and provide leadership for target setting and compensation decisions**Education & Experience:** BA/BS, MBA preferred 10 years of CPG experience Deep sales experience, ideally in CPG setting and across CPG channels (C-store, mass, grocery, dollar, e-Comm) Inspirational leadership style - ability to communicate and reinforce the vision and strategy of Company and the region / BU / area Strong decision making and managerial skills Creative problem solver - finds innovative ways around resource constraints Very good at network building and teamwork Financially oriented- good business sense with strong analytics Strong operations background - can provide leadership for development of new processesSanofi Inc. and its U.S. affiliates are Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employers committed to a culturally diverse workforce.
