• Scheduling and Optimization: Efficiently manage the scheduling of field technicians to ensure timely service delivery. 

• Work Review and Billing: Regularly review technicians’ completed work, ensuring accuracy and addressing any discrepancies. Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate invoicing.

• Coordination with CSR Staff: Work closely with our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to ensure all jobs are completed as scheduled. If rescheduling is necessary, coordinate accordingly.

• Performance: Monitor field technicians’ performance, addressing any issues promptly and providing necessary training or support.

• Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments and provide updates on technician arrival times.

• Monitor: prioritize service requests based on urgency and customer needs.

• Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.

• Verifying Hours: Regularly review field technicians’ work hours to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an office environment

• Proven experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service roles.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and ability to address unexpected challenges.

• Attention to Detail: Thoroughly review work orders, invoices, and technician reports.

• Communication Skills: Effective communication with Homeowners, field technicians and CSR staff.

Benefits

• Hourly Compensation: $22-$28 per hour. Range 52K to $65K based off experience
