Key Responsibilities

Execute calls given by Dispatch Department or Direct Manager

Have knowledge and understanding of WMS customer base and rates.

Provide service while having a sense of urgency and abiding all safety requirements set forth by Welchel Enterprises.

Provide accurate rates and mileage to customers.

Ability to take direction from the Manager.

Effectively study a map or use GPS to arrive at destination.

Operate ALL equipment with care including washing/cleaning truck weekly.

Thoroughly understand and abide by all safety standards.

Ability to effectively handle pressure.

Demonstrate responsiveness to requests from others and provide assistance when needed.

Establish and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.

Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
