Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Car Wash Manager to join our team. If you love cars, enjoy serving others, and want to be active and work outside, come join our locally owned and family operated business of 19 years.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and guide vehicles on the track.
- Assist customers with selecting the appropriate car wash packages and up-sell additional services

-Quality control, ensure vehicles are being cleaned to New Image standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any questions or concerns

-Vacuum, self-serve and parking lot maintenance

-Scheduling

-Training of new and current staff

-Inventory and ordering of all necessary items

-Equipment maintenance and repairs

-Perform and supervise all crew member duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment

-Perform all other duties as car wash needs require
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility
- Perform light custodial duties to ensure a clean and safe working environment

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of vehicles
- Manager experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Be a people person and work well with others
- Basic knowledge of car wash maintenance and cleaning products
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Must have availability, we are open 7 days a week

- Must be 18 or older

- Reliable transportation

- Computer skills

- Problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box

- Strong communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 – 60 per week
