Job Skills / Requirements

Custodians with New Image provide cleaning and disinfection services in various types of facilities using GREEN certified chemicals and state-of-the-art equipment. Now more than ever, employees and visitors to facilities expect a clean, disinfected, and safe environment. 

WEEKLY PAY!! Full-time positions are available--$18/hr. Sat-Wed (Off days are Thursday and Friday) 10pm-6:30am. 

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the daily cleaning and maintenance activities of the janitorial team.
• Ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained in accordance with company standards and health and safety regulations.
• Train new janitorial staff members, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure a high-performing team.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Performing custodial services such as vacuuming, cleaning, disinfecting and replenishment of PPE and consumables
• Processing waste management including recycling

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a janitorial role or similar.
• Experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning procedures and maintenance equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Experience working in an environment where safety is a priority.
• Experience working with a team
• Strong command of the English language both spoken and written
