New Image Building Services, Inc., established in 1988, is a leading provider of Green Cleaning and related facility services across multiple states in the USA. We are currently seeking a dedicated part-time Medical Facility Janitor to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities using environmentally friendly cleaning methods. Responsibilities

• Perform custodial services including vacuuming, cleaning, disinfecting, and replenishing PPE and consumables.
• Manage waste, including recycling.
• Report any deficiencies or repair needs to management.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an environment where safety is a priority.
• Experience working in a team.
• Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.

Compensation

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15/hr with weekly pay. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6pm to 11pm.
