New Image Building Services is Hiring a Janitorial supervisor Near Romulus, MI
Metro Airport Janitorial Supervisor
Custodians with New Image provide cleaning and disinfection services in various types of facilities using GREEN certified chemicals and state-of-the-art equipment.
Now more than ever, employees and visitors to facilities expect a clean, disinfected, and safe environment.
WEEKLY PAY!! Full-time positions are available $18 / hr. Sat-Wed (Off days are Thursday and Friday) 10pm-6 : 30am.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the daily cleaning and maintenance activities of the janitorial team.
- Ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained in accordance with company standards and health and safety regulations.
- Train new janitorial staff members, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure a high-performing team.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Performing custodial services such as vacuuming, cleaning, disinfecting and replenishment of PPE and consumables
- Processing waste management including recycling
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a janitorial role or similar.
- Experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning procedures and maintenance equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Experience working in an environment where safety is a priority.
- Experience working with a team
- Strong command of the English language both spoken and written
