Job Skills / RequirementsCustodians with New Image provide cleaning and disinfection services in various types of facilities using GREEN certified chemicals and state of the art equipment. Now more than ever, employees and visitors to facilities expect a clean, disinfected and safe environment.
This is a Monday through Friday position, starting at $11.25/hr union after 90 days!
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing custodial services such as vacuuming, cleaning, disinfecting and replenishment of PPE and consumables
- Processing waste management including recycling
Job Requirements:
- Experience working in an environment where safety is a priority.
- Experience working with a team
- Strong command of the English language both spoken and written
Certifications are. not required, however our industry trade associations (BSCAI, ISSA, IICRC) offer many certification programs. New Image offers annual compensation increments to those who currently hold applicable certifications or those who work to complete them.
Referral bonus of $400(when the employee refers an applicant who is hired by New Image)
Employee of the month is awarded one day of PTO that can be cashed out at 100%
