Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as School Program Staff in our faith-based program. As a School Program Staff member, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to students in various educational settings. Your passion for working with children and your expertise in sports coaching, behavior management, childhood development, theater, and more will contribute to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Duties:
- Assist in the implementation of educational programs and activities
- Provide guidance and supervision to students during program hours
- Plan and lead tutoring sessions, incorporating skill development and teamwork
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and create a safe environment
- Support students' social-emotional development through various activities
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure program objectives are met
- Assist with administrative tasks related to program operations

Qualifications:
- Experience working with students or children in a school, daycare, or similar setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Experience in sports coaching or theater is highly desirable
- Familiarity with special education or Christian counseling is a plus
- A degree or coursework in early childhood education is preferred
