Key Responsibilities: Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on our fleet of dry van and flatbed semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components. Perform preventative maintenance, including work on preventative, warrantable, and accident-related repairs. Inspect suspension, wheel-end, braking, and structural components to ensure compliance with company and DOT specifications. Test equipment for performance issues and address as necessary. While previous welding experience is preferred, it is not required. Demonstrate self-motivation, punctuality, and a strong desire to learn and excel. Work Experience: Minimum of five years of verifiable experience in the trailer repair industry. Must possess required tools applicable to job duties listed; main air tools will be provided. Proficiency in electrical, structural, and wheel-end repairs without assistance. Maintain productivity levels at 85% or above and efficiency at 95% or above.
