Responsible for providing day-to-day residential care for the residents of New Horizons Group Homes, Inc. (NHGH).

Very personally fulfilling position providing care to very high functioning adults with cognitive disabilities in a home like Christian setting. All residents are ambulatory and self sufficient providing all of their own activities of daily living with verbal prompts from caregivers.

Job responsibilities include cooking, cleaning, transporting residents to and from work and day programs, assisting the residents with self administration of medication, documentation, and guiding residents in their day to day activities.

We are a non-profit, faith based organization dedicated to provide care for our residents in a loving and family atmosphere.

*High School Diploma or GED required.

*One year of experience required.

*Level 2 Background Screening required.

***To be considered for this position you must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
