We currently serve over 2,000 quick service restaurants across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan and Western Pennsylvania as well as national retail and sandwich makers!

Role: Corporate Controller
Your overall role as the Corporate Controller will include: 1) responsibility for the Company’s financial reporting subject to GAAP, 2) managing the Accounting department, 3) responsible for analyzing, understanding, and making recommendations based off the financial data about all company activities that assists management and other users in making educated, economic decisions about the company’s future, and 4) completing the budgeting and forecasting process with the CFO.
Responsibilities:
The Corporate Controller will foster our corporate values of Character, Community, and Commitment. The job responsibilities of our Corporate Controller are to:
  • Work with our CFO to develop the company’s strategic financial vision and assist in developing the yearly business plan.
  • Produce timely, accurate, and meaningful monthly and annual financial reports, including actual / budget / prior period comparisons.
  • Participate in financial planning and analysis, oversee accuracy of balance sheet and income statement.
  • Analyze and interpret accounting information pertaining to the company’s performance, making recommendations as necessary.
  • Oversee accounting and control functions ensuring accurate and timely reporting of GAAP financial statements.
  • Assist our CFO with tax compliance and reporting for Federal, State, and Local government agencies.
  • Develop appropriate accounting organization by establishing standards for performance and ensure accounting personnel are properly directed, motivated, and qualified.
Qualifications:
  • Ten to fifteen years of experience in public accounting or industry experience as a Controller or previous experience in a supervisory accounting and financial reporting position
  • B.S. degree in Accounting
  • CPA required with continuing education up-to-date
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Preferred experience in Syspro or other ERP software.
  • Manufacturing industry experience
