A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY

Immerse yourself in a role where your commitment to customer service is paramount. Your full-time work schedule as a Client Services Representative can span the following days and times, with some variances based on business needs:

  • Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM
  • Saturdays between 8 AM and 6:30 PM
  • Sundays between 3 PM and 7 PM

Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass client interactions via phone, in-person, and electronic channels, precise data entry with quality control, and proactive client account maintenance. Envision a workday where your professional demeanor and attention to detail contribute to seamless scheduling and unparalleled service delivery.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree
  • 2 years of front-office customer service experience
  • 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and spend most of your shift seated
