• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field.
• Meet the Program Administrator qualifications for NAEYC accreditation.
• Have knowledge of Kansas licensing requirements, childcare assistance, NAEYC, SEEDS, eZWrite, STEAM, and curriculum.
• Have management experience in a licensed childcare setting
• Must have center director credential for 100 children
