New Hope Ministries, a respected Christian social service agency, is seeking an experienced hum services program manager to oversee our agency's adult education, life skills training, workforce development and job training program, and transportation programs. This department manager position will be responsible for leading a talented team of workforce coaches, manage multiple funding streams and grants, represent New Hope in the nonprofit and business community, and most importantly, achieve our agency's mission to share the love of Christ by supporting our neighbors in need to achieve family sustaining employment.

This is a full time, salaried position that has an annual salary of $55,000, a competitive package of benefits, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team that makes a difference in the community. Duties include oversite of job training, GED classes, financial literacy and other self-sufficiency training; job coaching and employment support; occasional casework, and collaborative interaction with a team of staff, volunteers, and external service providers to support families and community achieve stability. We are seeking someone with at least a bachelor's degree in a business, human resource, or human services related field, or the equivalent in training and experience, and who has experience managing professional staff, hiring, and helping promote self sufficiency. The ideal candidate will identify with our agency mission, demonstrate compassion and love for people, have experience with financial literacy and soft skills instruction, and possess cultural competence and desire to work with a diverse population to accomplish our agency's mission. The ability to speak multiple languages would be an advantage, especially Arabic, Spanish, or Russian.
