SALES REP NEEDED – ROCHESTER, INDIANA

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Ag Equipment Sales Representative for our location in Rochester, Indiana. You will be selling equipment products such as tractors, skid loaders, hay tools, planters, tillage tools, mowers, etc.

Job Duties / Description:

• Cold calling on customers, able to follow up on leads
• Flexible work schedule to be in office, out selling, demoing equipment as needed
• Work with other store/complex employees well, team player
• Preparation of proper and accurate invoices.

Work Schedule:

• Daytime 8:00am – 5:00pm. (NHR late days until 7:00pm, 5:00pm Fri, 3:00pm Sat)
• Will have 8:00am-noon on sat.
• There will be days where you put in 12hrs or more, just comes with the job.

Experience Required:

• Experience with agriculture equipment recommended
• Able to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, windows (to save files) etc.
• Comfortable to operate farm equipment

Compensation:

A fixed salary for the initial 12mo will be offered. After 12mo sales rep will be transitioned to a

commission schedule with a smaller salary. Insurance (Dental, Eye, Health) benefits available.

Retirement/401K contributions available after 2yrs of employment.
