ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR

New Haven is a residential treatment center dedicated to adolescents aged 14-18 and their families. With campuses in Utah's Spanish Fork and Saratoga Springs, we offer a nurturing, homely atmosphere where we blend residential treatment with advanced academics. Role

Join our dynamic team at New Haven as our Admissions Director. In this role, you'll take the lead in managing all sales and marketing activities, working closely with the Executive Director to shape our company's growth and success. Your responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing marketing initiatives, and supporting public relations efforts. You'll also supervise the Admissions Personnel providing guidance and mentorship to drive their professional development. With your data-driven insights and strong leadership skills, you'll help us achieve our revenue goals and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing Leadership:
    • Take the lead in sales to identified target markets, setting an example for the admissions team.
    • Delegate sales and marketing responsibilities to subordinates as needed, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Team Training and Management:
    • Lead the Admissions Department, providing direction, mentorship, and support to team members.
    • Set performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and facilitate professional development opportunities for department staff.
  • Sales and Marketing Activities:
    • Engage in and document marketing and sales activities on an ongoing basis.
    • Lead sales meetings with staff when necessary.
  • Meetings:
    • Attend weekly meetings with the Embark Marketing Team.
    • Attend weekly administrative meetings.
    • Participate in monthly Company Meetings.
  • Travel Coordination:
    • Plan and assign travel for both in-state and out-of-state trips.
  • Reporting:
    • Present a comprehensive marketing report to the Executive Director on a quarterly basis.
  • Ongoing Sales and Marketing:
    • Schedule and conduct on- and off-campus tours.
    • Respond to inquiries about New Haven’s services.
    • Maintain and update the corporate website.
    • Assist in conducting market surveys and analyses.
    • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, new markets, and methods.
    • Build and maintain relationships with Educational Consultants.
    • Assist in organizing and hosting Extravaganzas.
    • Attend relevant conferences.
    • Generate, qualify, and close sales leads.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 21 years old or older
  • Current driver's license and a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a Utah State background check
  • Knowledge of Company policies and practices (see training manual).
  • Skill in managing available resources and creating a true team environment.
  • Skill in communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize.
  • Ability to work effectively with other professionals.
  • Minimum of 3 years with New Haven or 3 years experience in sales or mental health field preferred
  • The position requires experience working in the field of mental health. Experience working at New Haven specifically is preferred.
  • A Bachelors degree in a related field of study is preferred but not required.
