Description
The New Hampshire Food Bank is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a full-time Bookkeeper, 37.5 hours/week. This position will provide bookkeeping and clerical support to the staff of the New Hampshire Food Bank (NHFB) in order to facilitate a high-quality delivery of services.

Duties
· Complete monthly finance reports
· Provide billing invoices for catering events, process and track payments and provide receipts to customers
· Complete monthly sales tax report
· Process invoices for various Food Bank programs and departments
· Track grant expenditures and ensure staff time is properly allocated
· Notify appropriate departments in advance on grant reports that are due and work with appropriate stakeholders to ensure reports for grants are completed
Requirements
· Previous bookkeeping experience required
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree with accounting coursework preferred
· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage competing priorities
· Strong typing and numeric keypad skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
· Proficiency in using standard office equipment such as computers, calculators, printers, scanners, telephones, copiers, fax machines and shredders
