Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities.

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of grounds and buildings
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas in need of maintenance
- Mow lawns, weed eat and maintain landscaping

- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Assist with setting up for events or meetings as needed

Skills:

- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping and mopping
- Ability to perform custodial duties efficiently
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards

Pay: $11.50 - $15.00 per hour
