Requirements :
The Procurement and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the procurement of all equipment and services relating to customer orders, internal orders, and support services.
The position will also include updating internal databases with order confirmations, logistical information, and when material goods are received at our local facility and / or customer locations, as well as supporting contracts.
This position will have direct daily communication and collaboration with internal customers such as Sales reps, Project Management, and the Implementation team.
The Procurement and Logistics Coordinator will also manage the warehouse supplies, budgets, and provisioning. This position has the responsibility and care of inventory, demo equipment, material sales, and internal assets.
The Corporate Inventory and Assets Manager receives direction from the Project Manager and will partner with the Finance team to provide effective and efficient proactive communication and support to all internal and external customers.
This position is a hybrid position. The procurement and logistics coordinator must be able to work from our Plymouth, MN location as needed.
It is estimated they will need to be in the office between 1 -3 days per week.

REQUIRED EDUCATION :
Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE :
3-5 years related experience in customer service, procurement, or logistics is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS :
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to fifty pounds or standing and / or walking for more than four (4) hours per day when working at our warehouse.
WORK ENVIRONMENT : Conducts duties in the Warehouse work environment, offsite to main office location minimum of one day per week or more as required.
