New Era Technology, Inc. is a growing technical company that is focused on developing scientific solutions to protecting the environment utilizing fixed wing aircraft. We are a small company with growth potential. We are looking for a full -time Data Analyst candidate that is local in the Youngstown, OH area and that would be interested in learning Geographical Information Systems (GIS) .
Job Description
· Job entails data analysis that is transmitted from our leak indication, visual and imagery flights for threat and change detection to natural gas pipelines
· Creating needed reports from the data received
· Digitizing structure collect data sets for changes/additions and canopy/vegetation analysis to the pipeline right of way
· NOTE: this job does not involve financial data
Education
· High School graduate or higher education
Software Technical Experience
· A computer savvy individual with Windows/Android/iOS software experience
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
· Experience using; ArcGIS and Google Earth Pro or GIS experience a plus but not required
