RequirementsThe Associate Project Manager will assist the Project Manager in creating plans and direct and coordinate activities to ensure that goals and objectives for projects are reached within prescribed time frames and funding parameters. Assist in reviewing project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
Assist in established work plan and staffing for each phase of the project, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
Support Project Manager with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
Assist with directing and coordinating activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Support the Project Manager and teams in reviewing status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
Assist in preparing project reports for management, client, or others.
Engage in meetings with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
In addition to assisting the PM/Operations team, they will also be responsible for on-site tasks such as setting up work areas and ensuring materials are delivered to the site.
