The Sales Representative position serves as a contact point between the customer and NESL. Major duties include contacting current customers to maintain existing relationships.
This position also requires generating new leads with prospective clients. Responsibilities include preparation of sales quotes and proposals as necessary, communication with customers to ensure quality of materials and services meet the core values of NESL.
RMC Sales Representative - What Will You Do?
Work daily with the billing edit to verify pricing for invoicing. Reference quotes and job descriptions to ensure proper billing.
Able to resolve billing issues in a timely manner for prompt payment.Use the edit as a tool to monitor sales and materials sold.
Prepare daily scheduled visits to see that customer needs are met. Plan office visits to target projects being bid, and monitor progress on existing jobs.
Conduct site visits to projects for verification of service and that materials meet customer needs.Able to address and resolve customer service inquires, requests, and complaints.
Proactively seek work and prepare price quotes as needed to maintain outstanding service. (15%) Communicate verbally or through e-mail on projects being bid to ensure customer receives pricing in a timely manner.
Prepare a variety of Municipal quotes and verify if insurance and bond information is required at the time of bid.Follow up on leads and information gathered from field activity.
Use various agencies website to look for prospective work to be bid.
