New England Psychological Solutions is Hiring a School Psychologist: Top-Step-Pay: Flexible Hours Full+Part time: Positions available across RI Near Warwick, RI
Flexibility, Support & Outstanding Compensation! SupportNew England Psychological Solutions (NEPS) is a school psychology organization based in Warwick, RI. We work with local districts to mitigate school psych shortages in RI, MA, and CT. We have some amazing schools in RI looking for school psychologists. Unlike online/out-of-state agencies, we are based locally and have 20 years of experience working in schools. As the founder of NEPS, I am an actively practicing licensed psychologist and school psychologist. With 20 years in schools, I have the knowledge and experience to support the school psychologists that work with us. Flexibility/AutonomyOur psychologists set their own schedules (full or part-time) (2-5 days) per week. We help school psychologists to find their niche in schools through flexible, well-compensated employment while maintaining a work-life balance.CompensationYou are paid for every hour you work, including report writing and any other task you choose to take on. Gone are the days of being overwhelmed with counseling or testing caseloads without a choice or without extra pay. Our pay is equal to or greater than school districts' top-step pay and substantially more than any other agency. Our contracted psychologists work in a school in the same capacity as psychologists who are directly employed by the district. The difference is that our school psychologists are paid better and have more flexibility and work-life balance. We have some incredible elementary placements throughout Rhode Island (Full & Part-time). Please allow me five minutes of your time to discuss how a position with NEPS might make sense for you. Please contact me directly if you're at all interested or curious to learn more. 401-584-3327 mobile, or email Dr.Lou@nePsychSolutions.orgOur psychologists love the flexibility to set their own schedules (full or part-time), the compensation, and the support we offer. Our school psychologists also enjoy continuity in placements, as many of them have supported the same districts for the last several years. Our approach makes sense for school psychologists at any stage of their careers.
