OpportunityNew England Lab is seeking a Lab Drafter for our Woburn, MA office. Our engineering team plays a key role in each project and overall company success. In this position there is a focus on detail, consistency, and precision in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Engineering Manager. Our core business hours are 8am – 5pm M-F, with opportunity and expectation of overtime. This position requires little to no travel.
RoleNew England Lab is seeking an AutoCAD Drafter/Designer. You will be responsible for developing floor plans, elevations, sections and details of laboratory casework and furniture systems using AutoCAD software. Drafters works closely with other departments, particularly Estimating - to determine customer requirements and scope of work, as well as Project Managers (PM’s) - to ensure accurate drawings.
