Primary Duties:

• Drive in-store sales by promoting the NE Hydroponics methodology of building exceptional gardens.
• Assist in receiving and checking orders, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
• Address customer needs, including processing back-orders, responding to emails, and handling special shipping requests.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by promptly addressing questions and concerns.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Prior indoor gardening or growing experience.
• Strong sales skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Punctual, reliable, and accountable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on exceptional interpersonal interactions.
• Customer-oriented attitude; passionate about helping people and educating others.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Adaptability to respond to changes and flexibility in handling daily demands.
• Willingness and capability to perform physical tasks when needed, including lifting objects weighing 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a DOT driver certification process
• Availability to work weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales.
