| Duty/Responsibility | Washing and sanitizing soiled dishware, pots, and pans. Return clean items to their proper storage location. Monitor 3 bay sink and dish machine water temperature and chemical levels, adjusting as necessary. |

| Duty/Responsibility | Maintaining UNH and DHHS standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the shift, including garbage waste, food waste, floors, walls, surfaces, glass, and equipment. Reporting equipment malfunctions and needed repairs to supervisors. Proper cleanliness and sanitation of dish machine between and after service periods, including pulper assignments to support our sustainability mission. |
